Service is a very important aspect of our shop. We pride ourselves in the individual services we offer for both the rider and the bicycle. We service all makes and brands – old and new alike.

We offer the following services:

Repair Service – We repair all makes and models in a traditional and artisanal fashion. From fixing flat tires and other minor repairs to major rebuilds and overhauls, we are happy to help. We offer custom wheel building and custom bike builds.

Our most popular service is our full tune-up which includes:
A complete bicycle inspection
Front and rear brake adjustment
Front and rear gear adjustment
Adjust bottom bracket
Adjust headset
Adjust hubs
True wheels
Lubricate and clean drivetrain
Lubricate all pivot points
Lubricate all cables
Polish and clean frame and wheels
We provide free estimates at the time of drop off.

Professional Bike Fittings – In addition to the free fitting that comes with each new bicycle purchased from us, we are also happy to perform a custom fitting on your current bike.

Cost for a fitting session ranges from $75-150. Methodology and tools include the Cycle Metrics fit stick and a cycling specific goniometer.
All fittings are by appointment only.

In order to fit our customer’s busy lifestyles we are now set up to do repair work by appointment. Appointments are not required but will allow you to minimize down time so you can make the most of the riding season. If making an appointment is inconvenient for you, please feel free to drop off your bike at any time.
